    % off today so we went thinking it would be mayhem. I have to say the staff were amazing!!!!! Handled the immense food orders and the queue so well! They were rushed off their feet but did every order with a smile!Ibrahim was so polite and even handed out beautiful light up key chains for free!! So so impressed. Have sent the family down to have their first visit. Definately my favourite Chaiwala restuarant. Food came rather quickly! And was delicious as always if not better than previous visits. The karachi bun kebab seemed bigger than usual. All the food tasted so fresh.Even had a chat with the friendly manager of all branches. Defo worth a trip down to feltham just for this place. :)Vegetarian options: They have lots of vegeterian options. Tasty ones too!

    Terrible service - wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Firstly, the service is atrocious and extremely slow - during my last visit I had to wait minutes for one ice-cream.In this time, customers came in and ordered their food/drinks after me and they received their orders before I did.When I saw this, I decided to go up to the till to ask why my order was taking so long and found that my ice-cream was now somehow 'magically' ready. And when I complained about how long I had been waiting, the only thing the lady at the till could say was "it's very busy", even though there were only about other customers in the restaurant.However, even if it was really busy, how does it take minutes for one ice-cream????? It should take less than a minute to dispense the ice-cream and put some sauce on it.Secondly, the restaurant never seems to have any parking vouchers - I've been to this restaurant on separate occasions and both times they didn't have any parking vouchers in stock, (although they have signs up saying they have vouchers available). Apparently they just seem to never have them in stock.I was planning on spending £-£ on lunch here but decided not to because they didn't have any parking vouchers - good way to lose business!Very disappointed with the service and I definitely will not be returning to this restaurant again, plus will tell friends and family to keep away and not support this business.

    There's very few West London, and some outer London branches i have not attended.Have to say glad to have one finally local to me. Been a few times now, and service has been great. Food has been as expected, staff are polite and great customer service.I think it was the owner who was present when i went. Have to say doing a great job with the branch. only because i hope the service and food stays up to par, every time i visit.
